We use as much fresh local & organic foods as we can! Farm-to-Table. Because of this, our menu rotates.
The kitchen at Indigo 52 is 100% free from gluten, dairy, peanuts, & shellfish! Our menu contains very limited soy.
Although we offer ethically-sourced proteins such as wild-caught fish and grass-fed steak, the vast majority of our menu is vegan.
