Felicia has been living a gluten-free life for 4 years, after being sick for her teenage years and adult life. As her symptoms progressed from gastrointestinal to neurological, much to her surprise, she discovered that gluten was the culprit. After she was told she had to give up dairy too, the fun really began!...She understands how difficult it can be to lead a restricted lifestyle due to disease, allergies, and intolerances. Indigo 52 was created out of a frustration of being "glutened" by cross-contact when eating out and out of a passion for creating a place where people with food challenges can eat without worry. 


To provide an exceptionally fresh, made-from-scratch, and local-sourced dining experience that is 100% gluten-free and 100% dairy-free, with many vegan options and minimal soy, for those who have limited or no dining options. 


To building a brand of 100% gluten-free and dairy-free restaurants with a variety of concepts throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond.
